Welcome Fall 2026!
Hello Student Leaders! Welcome back to campus, and to the Fall Semester! I hope you had a great summer and are excited for another fun-filled year. As we prepare to kick off the new academic year, I wanted to share a few important dates, and reminders to help your organizations get started on the right foot. Please take a look at the important dates and opportunities below, and be sure to mark your calendars!
1. Fall Organization Orientation
Wednesday, September 2 | 5:00–7:00 PM
Event Room
Join us for the Fall Org Orientation! This session is designed to make sure your officers are prepared and have a clear understanding of all policies and procedures
During the orientation, we’ll walk through:
- Navigating and utilizing Campus Groups
- Managing your organization and keeping your organization’s information up to date
- Purchasing and funding processes, including important steps and requirements
- Event planning and registration processes
- Important policies, procedures, and expectations for student organizations
- Resources and support available through the Office of Student Engagement
Attendance is required for all SGA recognized student organizations and Fraternity and Sorority Life officers. For FSL organizations, this session will supplement your required officer training and provide additional information on working with Campus Groups , the Office of Student Engagement and navigating campus processes.
2. Fall 2026 Involvement Fair
Wednesday, September 9 | 12:00–3:00 PM
The Green
Get ready to kick off the semester at the Involvement Fair! This is a great opportunity to showcase your organization, meet new and returning students, promote your upcoming programs, and recruit new members.
If your organization has not already done so, please RSVP and confirm your table by 9/3 using the link below:

Please Note: When you arrive, please have at least one representative from your organization check in at the main registration table before heading to your assigned table. This will allow us to confirm your organization’s attendance and make sure you have everything you need for the event.
